The scenario: Two motorcyclists are riding down a two lane road near a small town. The leader is in a grey jacket. The rider behind him a few hundred feet is in Hi Viz Neon. Teenager and her friend have on the left turn signal waiting to turn into the drive-in. Teenager, who was stopped, all of a sudden pulls out in front of the lead rider. Why?
